pretty hues fill the spaces
as gentle lights touch my soul
ever so gently I fall to pieces
melting all my fragile whole
for when heavens cry in crystal tears
of fractal, frozen sweet charades
the world turns colder in dismal cheers:
sullied, untamed, in bleak parades
and so I step into the frosty alleys;
to the world’s deepest, coldest halls
thoughts blazing in sapphire glory
I’ll dance as this soul-less fortress falls
