Nature speaks of perfect harmony
in ways often abstract and discreet.
From the changing of the seasons to the flourishing of trees,
and in the essence of almost anything that breathes.
For everything is conducted by a gradual process
where nature wears all the colors of life;
from the beautiful blossoms and festive greens
to the golds of autumns and winter whites.
It teaches us to embrace contradictions
and make ourselves one with change;
find balance between the mind, the body, and the spirit,
and find order in disarray.
For only when we’ve come to accept our darkness
can we finally find our truest light.
Because for leaves to grow and bathe in sunshine
its roots have to reach down the deepest height.
