Into the New World!

Gales of powerful wind
Fierce waters below
Far off the needle’s course
To stormy skies we go

I see seas of red
A surging ocean of fire
It’s like an entrance to hell
We’ll take it up, with desire!

Ah, what awful weather~

…I was reading One Piece when I wrote this ^~^

“Knock-Knock Knickity-Knock”
From houses on the clock
The cuckoos sing from up atop
“Wake up! Wake up! Wake up!”

“Blast! It’s late, I’m not on break!”
Mary the potter exclaims
“I gotta skedaddle, gotta do it fast
Or I’ll get in trouble… Blast! Oh Blast!”

“Knock-Knock Knickity-Knock”
She raced against the clock
The master’s watch was ticking fast
“Ah, Mary! You’re here at last!”

“Pardon sire for I got here late
I ran and fetched some clay”
Silly she smiled, the master sighs
“Good, if that’s what you say”

hi 🙂 so this is my attempt at writing a Dr. Seuss-ish poem…

No poetry can heal a saber’s wound
or clear the mirage of an assassin’s sword

The spirit that lies in an archer’s arrow
is the bone of his master’s word

A caster is no mage to her master
but a mere servant to deploy

No freedom has ever been given
to a berserker’s toy…
